Nine years ago,

I started as an Air Bnb Cleaner, with Little knowledge of cleaning/ resetting an STR….. heck, I’ve never heard of one prior to responding to a “Cleaner Wanted” ad on Craigslist.

As time ticked by, Ive learned the ropes. I have learned the do’s and dont’s, inventory management to perfecting a bed, glass window assuring the homes were picture perfect/guest ready. I was intrigued by the unique home designs, also intrigued by the behind the scenes work to assure the home was guest ready.

I started my own cleaning business, servicing multiple STR accounts across the valley.

With my growing and longstanding relationships with my clients, I have enjoyed the opportunities of learning and assisting with multiple Airbnb accounts (not limited to Booking.com and Homeaway.) Overseeing daily responses, designating door codes, supply restock, attending lockouts, checkins (before door codes were a thing.) Interviews for new prospective cleaners, communication with handymen, inputting tickets, guest complaint remedy, Most importantly curating a solution to….almost every problem.

Unfortunately, many properties shuttered due to the infamous (Covid-19 lockdowns.) Within a year or so I decided to host out of my own home for 2 years until my family expanded.

I really enjoy helping others, I do everything possible to exceed standards. I’m so ecstatic to open a new chapter in both our journeys, in which we will share, receive great ratings and most importantly….LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD.
